About the Role:
Join Elite Dermatology PLLC as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in our vibrant Pearland, TX practice. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our dermatology team and enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Document patient histories and update medical records accurately.
- Manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Administer injections and assist with minor surgeries.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dermatology or medical office setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.
